We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
✅ Certain items, such as earbuds and watches, can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Refundable Items:
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
❌ Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
❌ Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
❌ Digital or downloadable products.
How to Request a Return or Refund:

- 📦 Ship the item back to us (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective).
- ⏳ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Process:
🔹 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
🔹 If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit or bank transfer refund.
🔹 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

✅ Contact your bank, as processing time may take 3-5 business days.
